spacious suite italian décor extensive breakfast
i upgraded to a suite, and it was nice and spacious. it was decorated in traditional italian décor. the breakfast was extensive and good with plenty of offerings (especially the pastries!).

The breakfast buffet offered many fresh choices. The dining room staff are very gracious. The main foyer has a classy setting where I had a wine.
The hotel is outside the city so I needed a taxi to get to places.

the hotel features gathering areas including dining options bar areas and a patio near the pool. the staff members were helpful and spoke english well. i found the breakfast selection fresh with many buffet options available.

Really good Customer Service and Updated Rooms
really good service updated rooms
All associates provided really good customer service, a highlight of my stay. Daniele at the front desk offered an very nice personal experience. He assigned me a wonderful room and showed me the lobby. Anastasia in Marriott's Member's Lounge was personable and helpful. The cooling system in the updated rooms worked well.
The hostess acted unprofessionally. She confronted me after I had been served. This behavior was inappropriate and displayed a lack of professionalism.

a good stay near the airport
helpful staff entrance security practical bathrooms fresh choices
the staff helped me print insurance forms after my cruise was cut short due to my mother's hospitalization. i liked that security guards monitored the main entrance. i found the two bathrooms in my beautiful guest room 1 king very practical. breakfast had a lot of fresh choices.
The hotel is somewhat far from the city center. It took about thirty five minutes to reach downtown.
